Cypress, Mine! – Golden Gate One
It’s been 3 years since our last Cypress, Mine! post so we’ll make use of the bank holiday to rectify that now. From Cork, Cypress Mine! were Ciaran O’Tuama (vocals), Ian Olney (guitar), Denis O’Mullane (bass) and Mark Healy (drums). This track was recorded from the Dave Fanning show and apart from the title that’s all we know .
Golden Gate One
According to some knowledgeable folk at the The Blackpool Sentinel there is a unreleased Cypress, Mine! album knocking about, if the following track is anything to go by that’s a crying shame.. Update: Comment from Jim below suggests that a vinyl reissue on Captured Tracks is due later this year!
